What is MMA?
Mixed Martial Arts involves techniques and strategies from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, boxing, wrestling and a variety of martial arts techniques.
It is also one of the fastest growing sports around.

What can it do for you?
MMA training incorporates a combination of strength training, cardio, endurance and agility into one cohesive workout that will make your self-esteem soar. In addition to this, classes will focus on striking, take downs and grappling.
All aspects of training are lead by a knowledgable instructor.
Tuesday nights:
Ground fighting with submissions (ie - triangles, arm bars, locks and holds, chokes and transitions)
Cage Fit workout: 12 - 2 minute stations that include pull-ups, knee strikes, abs , stairs and many more for a great full body workout.
Thursday nights:
Muay thai striking, leg kicks, elbows and punching mitt drills.
